Where is the Medical Assessment Unit 2 (MAU2)?

The Medical Assessment Unit 2 is located at the Orange block on level 0.

Who will look after me?

MAU2 is a 24/7 admission unit with 33 beds. The patients are admitted and assisted during their acute stage and are later transferred to another ward or discharged home. The ward is composed of 10 monitor beds, 22 normal beds and one single room with negative pressure.

Visiting Times

Monday to Sunday (including public holidays):

• 11:30 to 13:00 (2 visitors at any one time)
• 15:00 to 20:00 (2 visitors at any one time)
