What will Mater Dei Hospital do with this data?

Customer Care officials will update the main Hospital IT System which in turn will feed the other systems.

How will I be notified that the data has been amended?

If you provide an email address, a Customer Care official will get in touch with your goodself to confirm that your record has been updated.
